We want you to love your Pink Elephant Brands purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached. Items marked Final Sale, undergarments, or that have been washed or worn are not eligible for return.

Return to Original Form of Payment Returns to your original form of payment are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping is free.

Return for Store Credit Prefer store credit? We'll accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached. There is no restocking fee, and store credit never expires. Return shipping is free.

Exchanges Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange services at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return by emailing us at info@pinkelephantbrands.com for a return label and place a new order for your desired item.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at info@pinkelephantbrands.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll take it from there!

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pinkelephantbrands.com. We'll make it right at no cost to you — no restocking fee applies.

Please note: Refunds are only issued for items that are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Returns that don't meet these conditions cannot be refunded. We're happy to send the items back to you at your expense — just let us know, and we'll provide a return shipping quote.
